I am patiently waiting as well. Placed my deposit in January of ‘23. My dealer said I’m #1 on the list. Hoping it’s either white or black. I’m gonna have a hard decision to make if the first allocation is Terra. Price is what it is. Not gonna be stoked purchasing a mid size truck for 60k+ but YOLO!
The rough number I came up with for the ‘24 Pro factoring in current differences in prices between ‘23 models and ‘24 models as well as the price difference between a Tundra gas model vs a Tundra hybrid model, is $58,535 before destination. Destination would put it right at 60k +/-.
He rolled the dice. If he’s right, he’s a hero and probably gets a lot more subscribers. If he’s wrong, he gets the scarlet letter. Prior consensus was he is nothin but a click bait wannabe. Dude rolled snake eyes and will forever be known as the clown with no credibility. Oh well, life goes on.
I will say this about the IForce Max…I was able to achieve an average MPG of 22.8 on my hybrid Tundra. I found that it drove in EV only more than advertised and was pleasantly surprised given the size and weight of that truck.
From what I’ve gathered, the Tacoma is adopting the same design as...
I thought I remember hearing the Pro’s tow rating was 6k. Not sure on the TH but I would imagine it would be relatively the same, maybe a little less with the ARB bits. I’m interested in payload capacity as the Pro and TH I imagine will be significantly less than the other variants.
I’m in agreement with you, but I think it’s worth pointing out the base price for a ‘23 Pro is $48,035 which comes with the 6-Speed. A ‘23 Pro with an automatic is $50,740. Assuming these prices are accurate, and assuming the 48.6k price tag for the “base” ‘24 Pro is for the 6-speed, the likely...
My guess is either Russian disinformation or Toyota conducting a False Flag operation to gauge consumer sentiment. “Oh, they think 49.6k for the TRD Pro is too low? We need to increase the price.”
That’s what I’m thinking. But the price of the TH seems like it could be accurate so there might be some credibility to it. I’m guessing (if that price is accurate) is that the Pro might have some options like the Iso seats.
