Follow up, I installed them, and they work fantastic. I loaded the truck up with 800 lbs of dive gear and drove from Tennessee to Mexico, and only bottomed everything out once or twice. I found that with the truck empty and 16" of ground to hitch space, with the truck loaded like this, I needed...
Bump on this post. Still looking for the part number- my local dealership has tried for over a year now to replace it under warranty, and apparently, they care too little.
Here's a gratuitous, if not somewhat dirty, picture of said Zenith bumper in Northern Coahuila (Mexico) wandering around the desert looking for caves. From a distance it looks great, but the real issue is the plastic tacoma parts behind it that have to be trimmed to fit the bumper, and...
I unfortunately had the Zenith bumper installed on my 24 Trailhunter. I say unfortunately, because though I like the bumper, (I wish it had brush guards like your upcoming summit) the engineering of the installation is appalling. The shop I worked with regularly installs ARB bumpers and the...
Also take into account, that much weight over the rear axle is going to require suspension improvements. Those of us that have already buttressed the rear springs with dobbesons or air springs are ok, but otherwise, this is gonna sag the bed significantly when full.
It's been a while since I looked, but it looks now like they have a kit for the 24/25 Tacoma. Anyone tried this? As I routinely swap from no weight to heavy weight, this seems like the perfect fix for me.

I'm having the same issues, but I'm pretty sure that its the pressure from my seal on the back door of my camper top, which was always too tight based on poorly sized dimensions. I'll try the lube on the latch and see if it's a combo of the two.
Now, if there were a magsafe charging pad in behind that cubby, that kept the lantern charged, so it actually worked when you needed it months down the road....

I used this setup between the rails on my roof rack. I ran a chinese boost converter from 12V to 15V from my Garmin Power Switch and it works really well...
I have the KC wire hider running down the passenger side of my windshield, but it is too small for the number of wires i'm trying to hide.

Anyone have any suggestions on...
I also had a NCCO for a while- it lasted less than that. I think my next one will be the Milwaukee M18 Hotshot jump starter- but I'm not sure if I will keep it in the truck or not. May just have it around the house.
