Just checking into this today with the site wide deal. The individual parts aa+ab are way more than the previous combined part.
Interestingly many other parts departments are showing PT949-35241 as the replacement for the basic 35240. So now I'm even more confused.

I would find a mount/plate with some standard/universal holes then insert bed rail t nuts.
Search tacoma bed rail t slot nuts on Amazon to find something that works with the mount you find.

This is the OEM net, hitch it to the top tie downs and used some cheap carabineers on the lower. Just sell yours with some black aluminum carabineers. Not sure what else would be needed on this.
I'll add two things I noticed while playing around. For me (Google Pixel 6 pro) having no EQ turned on gave me the best results. I tried the default YouTube music EQ and one from the play store. Both made my sounds worse. Music sounded lower and muddled no matter what frequencies I adjusted.
