Wheels are 18x8.5 +20 offset. PN is PT946-35240-2F. List Price in Canada is $495(CAD) from the dealer though you can probably get them cheaper online. I think I saw some sites in the US had them for 250ish(USD)? Also the P/N for the center caps as they are not included is PT998-89210-F2.
If you find a dealer near you that does regular 19 ish percent off and then either wait for a 20% off sale like is going on right now or use that one time use GR owners code, you can get them cheap. I got my TH wheels and center caps $870 OTD usd

Dealers in Canada don't really do promo sales unless they have an online store(which many in Canada nail you for shipping) I luckily work at a dealer so I get a really good price.

If it were me, I'd go with the Cast Aluminum Running Boards, PT738-35240

I've had the 3rd gen version on my '17 since I bought it and they've bee great both at preventing any door dings as well as deflecting any gravel that gets by the front mudflaps.

They just look so empty with out it.

Honestly its great to get oil and filters. Look around different dealers for the best price on top of that 20% and better find a Toyota parts dealer in a state that doesn't charge out of state tax. :)
Nice one! Filters come out to $4.78 each

Nice list!

If you drive in rain, make sure you intermittently check the lettering finishing in that skid plate. I had to refinish mine.

Can we see a photo of your wheels ?
That’s a bummer to hear about the skid plate. I’ll have to look at mine. I drive in rain and snow regularly. Refinish looks great, though!

I don’t actually have those TRD Upgrade rims. I want to pick up a set when I find a good deal on them.

TL;DR - ARB rear bumper with Rigid reverse/running lights flush mount kit, 4Runner Pro/TH headlights, TRD Pro intake (with MAF scale) and TRD exhaust. Part numbers included below.

For usefulness, the ARB rear bumper with Rigid SR-L flush mount reverse lights and SPV wire harness. I know the lights and harness are not OEM, but since you're saving so much on the ARB bumper the lights and harness may not be such a stretch later on. The reverse lights are pretty bright, almost obnoxious, but backing up is much easier. I don't need to rely on the IR from the camera as much and can use my mirrors more reliably in the dark. I also enjoy looking at it every time I walk past my truck. For some reason, it just looks good! The difference in body lines with the ARB bumper is subtle but I think makes a welcome difference when you see it in person.

Parts:
Depends on your trim and features of your truck, but from the table in the installation instructions i chose these parts - I have no parking sensors or power tailgate so -
ARB rear steel bumper without sonar
PT989-3524E
Wire harness for blind spot monitor only
82183-AK090

One favorite has to be the 4Runner TRD Pro/Trailhunter headlights. I only see them when I get out of my truck after driving or when I see their reflection off the car in front of me at a stop, but I love how they look and think it matches really well with the Tacoma front end. Makes it look angrier or a bit more aggressive sort of. I also think the amber DRL glows brighter and cleaner than any other headlight I've seen so far for these trucks. The white light output was noticeably brighter than stock but I have no data to back this up. Need to take the front adapter piece from your stock lights and put them on the new lights so your fang vents/front bumper cover can snap onto the bottom of the headlights. Looks nice with the lighted emblem, too.

Parts:
From 4Runner6G for the headlights -
TRD Pro part numbers should be
LH: 81070-35681, RH: 81140-35681
Trailhunter part numbers should be
LH: 81070-35671, RH: 81140-35671

Very close second favorite is the TRD Pro intake (need MAF scaling though for non-pro/TH trims to avoid check engine light) in combination with the TRD performance exhaust (TRD Center Pipe and tailpipe). The truck seems to really like this intake and exhaust. Seems to smooth out the power delivery and shifts, and it doesn't feel as stifled when flooring it when merging onto freeway, for example. Pro exhaust has one of the nicest tones in my opinion, and it's not too loud. I run the intake with the fender well cap removed and the increase in turbo noise is enjoyable. To each their own with these types of mods, though - most will say there shouldn't be a difference from stock. Second favorite because intake is not exactly plug and play unless you are comfortable tuning your own vehicle or have a tuner nearby to scale the MAF.

Parts:
TRD Performance Exhaust with black tips:
PT226-35241-02
TRD Center Pipe:
PT226-35240

TRD Performance Intake
PTR03-35241-AA Filter conical, oiled
PTR03-35241-AB red hose (rubber material)
PTR03-35241-AC airfilter lid (black part that holds hose to filter and houses MAF)
PTR03-35241-AD filter housing (black filter housing with TRD on it, comes with grommets for intake studs)
PTR03-35241-AE coupling kit (rubber fender plug and front part to connect to grill air scoop; fits tight but is perfect fit)

TRD Hardware kit:
Says for 2012 FJ, TACOMA, etc. but still works. Comes with 4 spring clips (and an extra grommet) to hold air filter lid to housing since stock clips won't fit pro intake tightly. Snaps onto lid nicely and holds lid to housing tight.
PTR03-35090-AE

If you mean the two plastic caps that are on the outboard edges of the bumper, directly under the tail light, then yes. Those are the radome covers where your blind spot monitors will be installed behind. They are painted gloss black on the TRD Pros.

If you order that part number and the wire harness part number i provided, it should come with everything you need to install the bumper for a truck that does not have the rear parking sonar sensors or powered tailgate (i.e., no BLE antenna or smart key antenna on my truck). If you have parking sonar, replace the "E" with "B" in that part number and then look at the table on the install instruction PDF in the following thread to figure out the correct wire harness you need:

https://www.tacoma4g.com/forum/threads/arb-rear-bumper-installed.11111/

All the parts come in a massive box packaged with the bumper frame. i had to strap down the box in my truck bed to transport since it was too long to fit fully inside the bed. It's is cleverly packaged, though, like all toyota parts I've received so far. You end up re-using a lot of the stock resin bumper parts during the install, too.

I will say that I was missing a couple of the black plastic pop clips during my install when i was installing the radome covers to the bumper, though. These are the same ones that hold the air intake scoop to the truck sheet metal members under the hood. They're pretty cheap so I had probably 20+ extra lying around from when I was taking the front grille off or trying out different intakes in case I lost them in the engine bay or broke them. Part number 90467-07217 if you need.

Would you happen to know the part number for the PreRunner all black wheels? I have never been able to find it.

Unfortunately no. My parts lookup is limited to vehicles sold in the Canadian market and the PreRunner is not sold here. The lowest Trim we sell is the SR5 so I have no way to verify part numbers.

Aren't they one of these
42611-AK051
PTR20-35110-BK
42611-AK051 is the TRD Offroad 17' wheel while the other number is an accessory wheel from the previous gen 4Runner.
