I am seeing people changing their tire sizes on these new 2024 Tacomas and am wondering how they are calibrating their speedometer’s after the change. Or are they just not doing it?
Thank you Steve for the VIN check and everything you are doing for people. I bought you a coffee and subscribed to your YouTube channel. Watched several videos already and learning. When my truck does finally come in it will be my first Toyota product, so I’m learning a lot from your videos.
Mine is a Jan 2 build and is a Trd Sport that does not have the detachable sway bar and it went on Qc hold Jan 16th. And is still on hold. So 🤷‍♂️
I was wondering the same thing. But, the hold went into effect all the way back in January. Could Toyota have found this without the real world driving experience. Don’t get me wrong I hope this is something that is getting fixed at the port if it is truly a widespread problem.
No I’m gonna stick it out for the long haul and wait. The truck was spec out just like I was looking for. I did look around and couldn’t find another one like I wanted. I was told it is at the rail yard in Illinois. So when the hold does lift it won’t take long by truck to make it to Tennessee
Yes my Trd Sport was built Jan 2 and has been sitting at the railyard since Jan 19th. No movement since was showing a 30 day hold and now shows a 28 day hold. And since I’m in the Southeast region it is hard to get much info on it. It does not show up on the allocation sheet under the sport tab...
I am in the same boat my TRD Sport went on FI on 1/16 and am still waiting on it to move. It fell off the face of the earth a week ago. I was able to see it before then and now it doesn’t show up anywhere. So I will have no clue when mine finally moves. Good luck!!
Mine was put on FI on 1/16 and still waiting on it to be released. But I can’t see mine in the list or the website or anywhere. It was there and disappeared about a week ago. So I can’t tell what mine is doing anymore.
