Mine did in fact end up being the skid plates. 21ft lbs is the correct spec. I over tightened them . . . twice. Lesson learned. Surprising they made that much racket when flexing until they were loosened up a bit.

I've had this as well for the past several months. Thought it might have been the skid plating contact points but its always seemed like more of a suspension related item.

Correct. I'm doing every 5K on it and don't feel like trying to debate it with them.

Because I live almost 2 hours from my dealer & its a simple task that can be done in my garage within 20 minutes. No sense in driving over and sitting around to let someone perform something I can knock out myself.

Same, avg shown on the dash sticks around the 17.3 range but on shutoff I'm shown 20mpg+ each trip.

My TH came with 300 miles on it since Toyota screwed up and delivered it to the wrong state. Hope the driver took it easy during transport. Nothing I can do about that besides baby it for the next 700.

Are dealers reps passing along the info to you about exact rail yard location? Heard last thursday that mine was waiting to hop on a train but didn't think to ask "where".

Also was notified this morning of a release from hold and moving to be loaded. TH was completed at the beginning of July. Finally some sort of news.

Did you get any updates or are you still waiting? I've been in this same boat since 7/5.

Waiting here as well. Got confirmation that my TH was completed but that it is in quality inspections status now.
