I ran a single Baja Design S2 Flush Mount for the reverse light. Wired it to function with Aux as-well. Plenty bright for what I need. Minimal cutting. Easy install.
The instructions don’t get that in-depth. I attached the last page of the install instructions. I’ve seen it done a few different ways on instagram. I ran it through a crevice in the door jam and the engine hood. See attached.
Not quite. But it wasn’t that bad.
- Remove Panels
- Drill two holes into each mirror (using the template provided with the harness).
- Secure mount using hardware provided
- Run each light to your power source (I’m using an 8 Panel Switch Panel)
I’m using Baja Lights. I’m not familiar with...
Just installed them. Nice alternative to the classic ditch lights. Went with Baja S2 Pros. Also available for the @Diode Dynamics C2 2.0

Hood, doors and tailgate done ✅ Installing some ditch lights then I’ll take it for a spin. But by knocking on the areas lined with the deadening , you can tell the difference. I have zero desire to take the seats out or headliner 😂
Good point here. Honestly, I went too dark with mine. It’s pretty tough to see at night. I also plan on getting a topper soon. Which will make it even more difficult.
