  1. Under seat HVAC deflector

It's a good idea, and I guess I'm the idiot because I fell for it. The description clearly says it's compatible with 2024+ Tacoma models, but that's a complete and utter lie (false advertising, if you ask me) because it definitely didn't fit in my 25' TRD Pro. It's a tad bit short. I don't even...
  2. Under seat HVAC deflector

Idk if this helps, but you can buy an under-seat vent cover on Amazon for $10. Then you can use @lauren01 suggestion to heat gun the husky mat and reposition it under the vents, so it doesn't obstruct airflow.
  3. Tailgate guard with LED lights for Tacoma 2024+

I think it's a cool idea, and I get that the Tacoma is often considered the Tundra's little brother, but why must "we" Taco owners feel the need to emulate the Tundra by adding multi-LED lights to our tailgate? The Tacoma already has its own unique identity and styling. In my opinion, it...
  4. Iso Dynamic seat leaking fluid on floor on 25 Pro.

I had the same thing happen to me. I thought my ISO seats were leaking, so I had the dealership inspect them while they were performing my free 10K mile oil change. It took them an extra two hours to diagnose the issue. In my case, they even removed the passenger seat to track down where the...
  5. 15% Sale on Toyota OEM Parts For Memorial Day 2026

I’m probably going to have to order a new set of exterior bed lights if mine keeps turning orange/brown from routine hand washes. At least I’ll be able to save a buck or two from this Memorial Day sale. šŸ˜…
  6. outer bed lights are already ... rusting?

That actually makes me feel a lot better knowing I’m not the only one dealing with this. My folks thought I secretly installed some aftermarket lights or smoked overlays onto them. Heck I’ve never even turned the lights on and the edges are already starting to turn that weird orange/brown color...
  7. How far did you go to pick up your 4th Gen Tacoma?

@28Gauge, would you be kind enough to let me know how much you got from your trade-in? I'm thinking about either selling my 2nd gen Taco (2008 TRD Sport) to the dealership or to CarMax. I don't know why I didn't trade it in when I went to pick up my 4th gen in Dallas. Thanks in advance.
  8. How far did you go to pick up your 4th Gen Tacoma?

Didn't feel like cramming myself into a sardine-style Greyhound bus, so I treated myself...paid a little extra and rode in total comfort on a Vonlane. Then I hit the road and drove 265 miles from Dallas down to Sugar Land. Had so much fun driving that I totally forgot to switch on Eco mode. The...
  9. Just 2 Pictures: The day you picked it up VS. what your Tacoma looks like now

Before and after. Added a couple of minor/ subtle tweaks.
  10. Who's had their 4th gen for a year now? What do you love/hate?

One year flew by in the blink of an eye. Just hit 10K miles and will be going in to get my 1st FREE oil service this weekend. Being single with no kids or large fur babies, the back seats stay quiet-no complaints of 0 legroom. šŸ˜„ Other than the small gas tank (which we've all voiced our opinions...
  11. Steps for rock sliders on TRD PRO?

I know this is old, but were you able to sell your rocker protectors for $300? I haven't had much luck selling mine off for $150 on Marketplace. It's been a year now and there still haven't been much interest...if this goes on, I might as well give them away for FREE (just to get them outta here).
  12. What did you do TO / WITH your 4th gen Tacoma today?! šŸ‘Ø‍šŸ 🧰 šŸ“ø

Are the bed steps OEM or aftermarket? I've noticed some subtle differences in the design-specifically in the rubber step and its angle. SXTH Element only supplied the bracket, so I don't believe they're the issue. I'm pretty sure the problem lies with the rubber steps themselves.
  13. What did you do TO / WITH your 4th gen Tacoma today?! šŸ‘Ø‍šŸ 🧰 šŸ“ø

I think that’s normal. It looks like it ā€œcouldā€ rub against the tow hooks but it’s actually 1/8-1/4ā€cm apart. Also installed a pair of Trumgeta rubber stopper covers…so bugs and rats don’t crawl up in there.
  14. Removing predator steps

I'm curious, what would you put in its place @bigcanoe? Would you leave it as is, or install some sort of rocker protectors instead? I still have a set of rocker protectors from my TRD Pro after switching over to the TRD aluminum running boards. I haven't had much luck selling them, so if you're...
  15. What did you do TO / WITH your 4th gen Tacoma today?! šŸ‘Ø‍šŸ 🧰 šŸ“ø

There’s nothing more annoying than when someone cuts you off out of nowhere and you hit the horn… only for it to sound weak and do absolutely nothing. So I decided to fix that problem myself. I went ahead and installed a Motohorn 3.0 train horn on my truck. Next time someone cuts in front of...
  16. UNDERGROUND 2024 Tacoma Thread (4th Gen)

It’s hard to believe that today marks one full year since I got my truck. In just twelve months, so much has happened. I’ve put countless miles on it, added upgrades after upgrades, and turned it into something that truly feels like mine. From all the work that’s already been done to all the...
  17. Anyone else's heat suck?

I haven't had the pleasure of experiencing single-digit temps here in TX-the lowest we've gone down to was about 24`F. That said, I have zero complaints about the heater in my truck. It warms up nicely within 10-15 mins, and the heated seats and steering wheel are a big bonus.
  18. NEW Look! Smoked-Black Tail Light Protector Cover For Tacoma 2024+

Installation looks straightforward since the adhesive sticks to the edge of the taillights, but removal may be challenging and could leave behind a sticky residue.
  19. NEW Look! Smoked-Black Tail Light Protector Cover For Tacoma 2024+

Hmm, the poor man's tail light upgrade. I guess if you're on a budget and you can't afford the AlphaRex super expensive tail lights, this would be the ideal option. :like:
