    Same over here. My reading shows the same almost all of the time. Occasionally it will move up to ā€˜mid batteryā€™ for a short period, then back down to the same as in your pic. Dealer said ā€œthis is normal.ā€ ? Battery appears ā€˜goodā€™ but not being charged!
