I bought the cheapest LED Fang lights I could find on ebay (less than $50) and took them apart to harvest the part with the tabs that connect to the grill and carved out a hole for the Squadron Pro (wide cornering lens). I made the new bezel a bit wider on the outside to ride up on the lip of...
I bought an aftermarket grill, the dimensions were slightly different than the OEM and i didnāt want to hack up the original. Hereās a couple pics of setting it up, i did a few additional cutouts to accommodate the camera, guess i got in too much of a hurry to photograph final and painted...
Finally got all my BD lights installed. Was trying to keep the lines of the truck pretty much stock while adding as much lighting to the front as possible. 4 XL 80's, a pair of S2 Pro's and a pair of Squadron Pro's.
Unfortunately I didn't get photos of all of the process. It was pretty extensive, much of it was never fully disassembled, just pulled apart far enough to get at the fitting to remove it. The connector on the back had to be unscrewed and the insert pushed in to open it up, and had to use a...
Yes, definitely could not make the connection with the Decked drawer system. I posted a bunch of pictures and some explanation here:

With the hoses and connectors I had, no, couldn't get the connector to engage even with the stash bin cover off. That being said, you may be able to find a shorter connector, or as someone else had mentioned get a swivel female end and it might work. I started down the rabbit hole with putting...
Here's some comparison photos between the OEM Trailhunter grill and an aftermarket grill from Amazon. In addition to what I note in the photos the camera mount is a little lower and is not the same mount as OE, the hexagonal grill shapes are slightly different, three of the hexagons on each...
The air hose did not clear, the angle interfered with the connector. removing and altering the factory box to accommodate a swivel connector was a pretty extensive mod. The instructions that came with the Decked system for flipping the lid works for a power accessory configuration but...
No Problem, though it probably isn't cheaper than the Morrflate you can find on Amazon, I like DIY and was able to make the connections and lengths exactly what I wanted.
Bucket Boss bag - $18.99
Flexzilla fittings -$3.99 ea (x12=$47.88)
25 piece fitting kit - $23.99

Decided to DIY it, all parts off Amazon, mostly Flexzilla components. Used exactly one 50' hose cut to appropriate lengths. No leaks, works as I expected, only takes a couple of minutes to set up and keeps all 4 tires at the same PSI.
I guess I'm curious as to whether or not the OEM installed Rigid 20" light bar is powered directly or run off a relay? I noticed the wires coming from the actually switches in the dash are extremely small, look like 18 or 20ga, seems like they'd only get away with that if the light was already...
Leo319, can you share more details on your setup? It was a significant factor deciding to sell my Jeep that I could connect to my Blue Ox setup in 60-90 seconds and switch to a Tacoma that "can't" be flat towed, I only made the trade because my wife has a Jeep that we can tow. I'd really like...
Thinking about adding additional off-road lights and personally like the fact that the OEM light bar is tied to the high beams. Does the circuit have enough capacity to simply tap in additional lighting? Anyone know the capacity here?
Thanks to Paul for starting this and John at SPV for providing the new parts! The only difference between what Paul installed and what John recently created is seen in the pic below circled in red, the new harness replaces the old jumper and OEM pigtail, super convenient and truly plug and...
