Finally got all my BD lights installed. Was trying to keep the lines of the truck pretty much stock while adding as much lighting to the front as possible. 4 XL 80's, a pair of S2 Pro's and a pair of Squadron Pro's.

Nice job! That looks great. Do you have more details on how you modified the grill and how the grill lights are mounted?

I bought an aftermarket grill, the dimensions were slightly different than the OEM and i didn‘t want to hack up the original. Here’s a couple pics of setting it up, i did a few additional cutouts to accommodate the camera, guess i got in too much of a hurry to photograph final and painted project. Also used a couple pieces of flat bar stock welded on the top to support the weight.

Love em. How did you work this up? Did you make your own brackets?

I bought the cheapest LED Fang lights I could find on ebay (less than $50) and took them apart to harvest the part with the tabs that connect to the grill and carved out a hole for the Squadron Pro (wide cornering lens). I made the new bezel a bit wider on the outside to ride up on the lip of the harvested part so the bezel would be angled in to point the lights more forward. In hindsight I'd have placed the mounting holes a little differently, one in particular is very close to one of the mounting tabs that lock into the grill. Made from .125 aluminum.
