Welcome to the forum. Good luck with that price. I paid $35 a wheel on Craigslist for my winter tire set. Also used one of the OEM tires to replace that light spare and gave the remaining two to the tire shop when putting 10 ply's on for daily use after ripping out a sidewall.
Decisions, decisions. You like this rig and think you want to keep it, buy it. Put your money into something that will give you a level of enjoyment you haven't had in ten years. You got a good one you love, don't overthink it on what might be.
Nice, but be careful. At 78 my hearing aids cost 7K and I don't listen to music with vocals much any more. I miss it. (Not wanting to piss on anybody's leg, just sayin')
Purchased my TRD OR without running boards. Removed the OEM bolts and used those that came with my choice of running boards. They seemed to be a stronger made, slightly longer bolt than those filling the holes from the factory.
Gotta respect a man who looks at that river and drives into it. Gotta wonder if the driver said "Hold my beer and watch this." or "The Lord hates a coward....":like::crackup:
I have just learned to expect the warnings to come on in sleet and snow, then wait till the storm passes, or I need to stop for some reason. I brush off the sensor and the backup camera before continuing, fully expecting the warnings to return if it's still snowing. It's a thing.
IDK what your limits are, but on a previous Taco we replaced the OEM tires. A dealership had a tire sale, buy three get one free type sale. After talking to the service guys and the parts guy we bought a hardy passenger car tire that served our needs, was more comfortable, quiet and a little...
Not to be nit-pickin', but if these are "precise" fit, why do both the bed mat and tailgate mat appear to kinda bubble up between the connection points?
Take a look at a couple youtubes - the car care nut and the motor oil geek. While there's been a lot of discussion on this forum, when it's one of your first visits, the question is reasonable, even though a search would have garnered more than a few responses. Good luck, but change it now and...
I got some SR5 wheels dirt cheap and use them for my winter studded tires in 265/70r17's and they work just fine. You might see a little difference in fuel mpg's but they'll look good. Heed Izzy's advice on the skid plate for off roading; that suspension will let you bounce down on some hard stuff.
