This is how I have mine set up. Sorry, tire pressure was set on the left not right. You can adjust what you want to show on the left middle and right. Absolutely we can meet up, it would be cool to see a fellow trail hunter owner in the Houston area. I have not seen many. Here is a YouTube...

I live in Houston also, and just went through the cold weather. I also run my display with a single large Tachometer in the middle. I have my tire pressure set on the right side of the main Tachometer in the smaller screen option and never had it reset on me. Try moving it, to see if this helps.
