Try put some silicone spray or grease on the door catcher and see if it helps.

I just put some silicone spray around the door striker plate (where it makes contact with the body) and on the door striker plate itself. I haven’t had any rattle there since. I hope this solves your issue.

I had a rattle (clicking sound) coming from front passenger area. I initially thought it was the seat belt assembly. It turned out to be the door strike. I put some silicone spray to the door strike and the rattle was gone.

I understand there have been some discussions on warped windshield cowl, and I would like to share my specific case and see this is considered to be “normal”. I’m not sure if it’s worth doing something about it. The gap is about 1/4” at the center and 6” long. Let me know your thoughts.
