Keep your eye on these if you recently installed. My ‘24 TRD Sport came factory installed and it looks like they are rusting from the inside. Not really noticeable if you’re not looking for it. Look at an angle and it’s kind of brown/reddish on the inside corners. Does not impact light output...

Rattle fixed!!!! Removed and reinstalled the driver side door latch, and patted the b pillar. All good now!!!!

Super easy DIY install, only need a 17mm socket. Truck did not need to be jacked up or on ramps, factory TRD Sport suspension. Just expect to get a little wet when installing in your driveway after it pours down rain…. Here is the video I made and some pictures.

I still have a rattle coming from inside driver door. Goes away when add pressure while driving. Have had it to dealer 2 times already. Only happens when it’s above 75 degrees out….

I think the 4th gen should have come with a louder blow off valve! And soft padding on the doors. And less plastic. And a shorter exhaust.
