Tony the foam under the hood and lower carbon skid plate fix the issue ?

I was on tacomaworld and tried this 2 days ago. Not my issue but I have that same ticking rattle from door area on driver side. Its sound like all videos on here. I saw one post from @Tony with tape and foam all over his truck. I felt like I was alone with the struggle but maybe not
