@Idaho-Taco looks fantastic, thanks for the update! I get my Eibach stage 2 kit put on next tuesday. I dont think i will be adding much weight so im glad to hear the 1" eibach rear springs are working well for you right now
I think i might have done goofed. I just ordered the standard high clearance thinking i wont need the extra width, but i plan on going with a +35mm offset wheel as well. Although I'm going with a 275/70R18, but still by looking at your pictures i think i should have gone with the XL's... Do you...
i found the thread, everything should be in the initial post i think. But youre right, i think the difference is so minimal it will only matter to the purists. Which the guy in that post definitely is lol

I was interested in getting the pro/th grille too so i did a bit of reading into it and decided that it was too much effort, for me anyways. But as I'm sure you know, the camera is mounted upside down compared to the orientation of the standard grilles. One option is to just get the bracket like...
Yes the full grip is much needed!
For build and materials, i think it should match the door handles and the centre passenger handle. That is, boxy in shape and with the rubber material covering it. All while copying the OEM design aesthetics
Of course! Everyone will have a different use case for their vehicle, I do intend to take mine off road, not extreme rock crawling or anything, but I will for sure be going up mountains and exploring. I've tried the spacer lift and want to splurge on something a little more capable, not to...
@Muckle you are much smarter than me... I tried to install a simple spacer lift on my 2013 tacoma and ran into the same problem. But, instead of going to the internet to search for solutions ( i had my truck in the air with the front tires off and was just powering forward) i ended up zipping...
Fair enough haha and i agree with you, i like the chrome grille too. sweet lookin rig! though i think the iforce max badge on the hood would look sweet and go well with the look.
I completely agree. I went out of my way to find a tire for mine with RWL. I went with the cooper discoverer stronghold at. Probably getting put on next week.
Yeah how could you not notice a difference? Essentially any AT tire is going to be at least 15 lbs heavier each. Unless people are...
since i commented last, i actually have a significant revelation and update. So im currently talking with an off road accessories store that neighbours the dealership and they do all the aftermarket procurement and installs for the dealer. I brought up the back spring issue and he said that the...
I havent done any suspension modifications to mine yet. But from this conversation im leaving heavily into going with Kings, maybe youre thinking of The T Rav?
Just a heads up, all current available aftermarket suspension components are for non-hybrid models only. That is for shocks and springs anyways, you can still do spacer lifts or preload collars and keep the stock suspension. its a shame because ive heard the top hat of the stock suspension is...
so what i found when researching suspension is no manufacturer actually makes kit ready suspension for hybrid models. I was talking to a shop near me and they called a bunch of big brands and they all told him that their suspension kits for the 4th gen tacoma are specifically for non-hybrid...
you dont need to buy new lugs if you use a hub ring. Accessory shops or wheel shops should be able to supply these if they are installing your tires/wheels
