ARB MT64 top hat. The picture above of the integrated top hat is the same shock. You really cant tell there is play in it until it is loaded up by the weight of the truck. How I tell there is play outside of hearing it going down the road is to grab the control arm and pull it towards myself...

Bad news to report. I had another top hat failure on my front MT64 struts. This time it was the driver side. I really don't even push these shocks that hard. Just daily on smooth roads and the occasional forest service road on the weekend. I got in touch with ARB to warranty it and they...

No judgment please, lol. I actually bought the 2.5ā€ TRD lift kit through my dealer. I wanted the kit incase I wanted to change things up in the future. The parts come in a huge box. I’m getting the extended tie rod ends and the lower control brackets from the kit installed today. Once they...

I asked. Said it wasn’t necessary.
  16. Coolant smell

Turbo is on the passenger side. Pretty sure it's both oil and water cooled. Maybe it's in that area?
  17. Side-by-Side: TRD Performance Exhaust vs Stock

I'm asking my mechanic at the dealer to look into this. I had the TRD Pro mid pipe with Trailhunter axel dump installed. I never was told about the file. Just to share...I changed back to the old exhaust past the mid pipe because the axle dump was burning and melting the paint on the diff...
  18. Front Timing Cover Leaking

Yes, its fixed. They had to take it apart and reseal it. Apparently, there are two covers. It was leaking around the front cover. Didn't have to replace the coolant but did get an oil change. As far as the dealer experience, it was good. They gave me a Tundra to drive for the week.
