I've looked at several rack options, and I would PPF the roof before using any of them. One in case they do rest on the roof and mar the paint. Two I'm afraid I might scratch the roof loading and unloading cargo. Just my thoughts.

Not sure what the other trims have, but the Pro has a gas filler release inside the cab. It would be redundant to have both. If I was truly worried, I would get a locking gas cap off the shelf of my local parts store.

I've only had good results with Sea Foam. Only used it in older vehicles that ran rough. I wouldn't be adding it to tank of fuel on a new Tacoma though.
