Prinsu Pro install question

Hi,
Does anyone know if the outside points on the Prinsu Pro, or the trim strip attached to the edge, actually comes in contact with the Tacoma roof? It would appear so in most of the photos I can find…but that might be due to the angle of the shot.

I've looked at several rack options, and I would PPF the roof before using any of them. One in case they do rest on the roof and mar the paint. Two I'm afraid I might scratch the roof loading and unloading cargo. Just my thoughts.

The only part of my principle rack, that touches the roof is the wind fairing in the middle. I recommend a string of ppf.
