I’m getting between 16-17 mix of highway and city. Took about 1-2mpg drop with these tires. I’m happy with the AT4ws so far. Didn’t notice much difference in power either heavier tire either
Common problem for a lot of us! I used touch up paint for mine on the bigger ones and put some PPF on those sections that get peppered to keep it from getting worse.
Have the 285/70/17 in SL. Felt the load C were way to heavy for what I wanted to go with. The SL weigh about the same as a load C in KO3 for comparison.
Yea that should work out then. Sand sticks to EVERYTHING! I also have sand sticking to all plastic underneath the hood. Need to give it a good cleaning.
That’s another reason why I replaced the lasfit. I frequent the beach and sand gets everywhere. I need a mat that’s easy to remove and replace to clean underneath
I did have it screwed in the tie down near the tailgate, the front end near the cab would always lift when driving in high winds...
I have the lasfit and ordered OEM bed mat. In high winds 20+mph, I almost lost the mat about to blown out the bed. Had to pull over on the highway and throw it in backseat. Never used it again.
Just FYI for anyone else, Asked the dealer why the codes weren’t populating when I took it to auto parts store when they connected the OBD2 reader and their response was, the codes are specific only for Toyota, no one else can pull them up. Toyota makes it now to where u have to ONLY go to the...
Just got back from the dealer called me an hour later saying it was the steering angle sensor that needed to be recalibrated. I just picked it up so far all is good. Everything cleared.
Took it to Oreilly and they had to manually enter vehicle as nothing was populating when connected. Went inside and said no codes were showing up.
Went to autozone and said was populating as mini cooper or Nissan Altima so no dice there as well.
I confirmed with both it was an OBD2 code reader
Thanks for input…my question is why would it happen only after the shop did the wheel alignment? I had no errors or alerts prior to dropping it off at the shop once the leveling kit was installed.
I disconnect the battery and had no issues after installation of the lift. Didn’t get the alerts until after I took the truck to get an alignment. Shop called me (not dealer) saying they were getting the notifications
What ever ended up happening? I’m having the same issue. Installed leveling kit and everything was ok. Took it for alignment and then lit up like a Christmas tree
Installed leveling kit yesterday and took the truck in for wheel alignment to local shop. They just called and said the wheel alignment is done but now they’re getting all these alerts. I wasn’t getting any errors or issues before I took it in. Only thing is steering wheel was cocked slightly...
I have 285/70/17 Falken AT4w on method 305 +25 on stock suspension. I feel I could have gone with +35 as the AT4w pop out a little further. but still happy with my choice. No regrets. I can’t say if those tires will fit on stock rims
