Well it's game over for my ADD bumper. Really sad, I think if they just sent me a new one it would have worked.
I got the ARB bumper which has alot of plastic and no where to put extra lights, but it worked out of the box no issues. Which tells me the ADD was just defective.

my ADD has some really bright baja lights on a separate switch to.
I looked at the OE ARB bumper. It really doesn't look much better than the stock one.
I prefer ADD for design and looks.

i have the truck at Toyota and the head tech at ADD is going to call toyota tomorrow to get to the bottom of the problem.

he said that you really should not calibrate, and ill need to get the...
It's Friday toyota still has my truck.
I looked at the ARB bumpers that toyota sells. They're ok, but the ADD looks better and it accommodates the baja lights.
I'm going to have toyota keep working on the ADD bumper.
I just went to toyota to pick up my truck.
They sent me home, the right side sensor still off.
They have to basically change the angle position, scope it, reset and drive around and see if it holds.
So far it's not holding.
In my pic you can see my ADD front bumper. I like it, but i had a pro install it with baja lights
I had no problems with the front bumper, but later I'll want a wench. I hope there's no issues.
i like how yours comes back on, mine never came back on.
it might be that your bsm position is right on the edge of passing.
have you talked to the master tech at ADD?
my feeling is, any bumper change even a stock bumper change is going to require a trip to toyota to have them measure, correct...

I had an ADD bumper installed on my 2025 tacoma with the performance package. It has the BSM sensors aka blind side sensors.
I had mine professionally installed.
I drove it home and it was ok for a day then I got the same sensor...
