  1. 285/75/17 on Trailhunter

Had them on now for a bit 0 rubbing didn't remove anything. Been off-roading full flex and turning no rubbing and plenty of room. These trucks really like positive offset. Stock trailhunter wheels are +20mm. I also didn't want poke. Here is a little video not full flex at all but I have had it...
  2. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

You're right it is +20mm. But the +35 looks great on a 285 tire. The perfect size with basically no poke, and looks stock down the side. Took it offroad today. Full flex a couple of times 0 rubbing plenty of room. This really is the perfect size for the trailhunter. Tires did great tons of...
  3. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

Sick looking truck! Yeah I have been thinking about mud flaps some soft ones
  4. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

I haven't had them on long enough to see to MPG hit yet if there is one. About 400 miles on them and as of now my mpg on the meter is the same. I also got a super good realignment at an off-road shop since the trailhunter has issues aligned at the dealer. That could also affect it. Not full...

  6. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

Here is what I went with. 17" Method 703's with a 35mm offset wrapped with Falken wildpeak at4w's in a C Load 285/75/17 34.1in tire. No rubbing even with the crash plate still installed. Ride and look great. Rides better than the OEM even.
  7. 285/75/17 on Trailhunter

Will 285/75/17's fit on a stock trailhunter without trimming or removing the crash bar. Also no rubbing when flexing? I have 703 methods 35mm offset
  8. 2024 Trailhunter Alignment issues

Did you ever find a fix?
  9. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

I think the 285/75/17 would be too heavy for me. Also does a 34" fit in a trail hunter stock? I think a bigger side walled and wider 285/70/17 is the perfect balance since its also SL load. Those KO3's do look really good in that size on the taco
  10. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

That is a great looking truck! Tires look good. Side note does that roof rack make any noise or wind noise?
  11. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

Okay so then they are close to OEM specs as far as size just a little wider and chunkier tire compared to rim. I ordered it all will be put on Feb 6th! Ill keep you all posted. Did you replace the spare?
  12. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

haha yeah thats true tires are very subjective. I think I'm going to go to a 17" rim for sure and a 285/70. I really am digging the falkens looks and the reviews. How do you like the size combo? Does it look better and its totally fine stock like that full lock even full suspension compression?
  13. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

I have looked at those but I mean the reviews on the Falken seem great especially for road noise and I like the look better. Wasnt a massive Ko2 guy either. Yeah I don't "need" new tires I want them and I think I got unlucky with mine having all the issues.
  14. Trailhunter looking to replace the garbage OEM tires

I have a 2025 trailhunter and I am sick of the OEM tires. Ive had 3 leaks already and they seem poor in rain and off-road. Ive also heard that they aren't great in snow. I do a lot of trips up north where my parents live and I want decent snow performance. I have also had weird alignment issues...
  15. Trailhunter offset of 285/70R17

I have a 2025 Trailhunter and I am sick of the OEM tires. I have about 13,000 miles on my truck and have hated the tires. Mulitple leaks, suck in the rain, also like most people the TH alignment is weird. But I really like the look of the Method 703's with the 285/70/r17 tire combo. I dont want...
