Bed rack with tire carrier?

Anyone found or seen a viable bed rack with an option to mount a spare to it?

Hot Metal Fab as a specific tire carrier rack but I'd prefer something that holds the tire vertically while also having the option to mount an RTT on top of the rack.

Running a Backwoods Adventure Mods bed rack with their topper. I keep the spare strapped in upright using the cleats in the bedsides. The camera in the rear view still works and you cant even see the spare in it.
