Hey guys I just purchased a 4th gen and I'm switching from chevy and my truck used to charge with my personal car charger the 12v port while the keys weren't in it and my new wont how can I enable that feature.

Try toggling the "ACC" behavior in the infotainment vehicle settings.
I don't know Chevy's, but Toyota's 12v ports are all ACC-ON, not always-hot; so you might be SOL without doing a direct wire trickle charge to the battery or jump post.

Not sure what you're doing that you need to constantly charge your truck between usage.

I keep a portable battery jumper topped off by having it plugged in the 12v port in the rear row, but that's opposite what you're indicating.
