Eibach Pro truck lift Stage 2 Warranty

Hey everyone

My Eibach Stage 2 kit has been on my '25 Taco for less than 5 months and the passenger front strut is already failing. (with about 3000km or under 2000 miles on them).
The leak is getting worse by the day.

I’m currently in a bit of a ghosting situation with their customer service/warranty dept.

1. Has anyone else experienced a premature seal failure on these?
2. If you did a warranty claim, did they make you ship the old one back first, or did they offer "Field Scrap" (destroying the old one and sending a photo)?

Being in Canada, shipping these heavy things back to California for "inspection" is basically the price of a new strut.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I had Eibach on my 3rd gen for about a year or so and went through at last 2 leakers. Each time I had to call them to get a replacement. I got rid of them and went with Bilstein 6100 and 5160 and never looked back.

I had them on my 1500 and never had an issue. My buddy and had 3 fail and they replaced them with no issues. The lifetime warranty is nice IMHO.
