I got my Tacoma back in March and just took it offroading for the first time. I’m hooked. This is my first truck ever, so I’m still figuring things out, but I know I want it to look offroady while still being practical for everyday use. What do you all recommend I add or change to get started? Any links to products would be appreciated!

It’s a 2025 Tacoma Off-Road trim 4x4. Pretty stock for now, Tinted the windows, all-weather mats, has heated seats and the large display lol

Nice truck! I personally think tires and wheels make a huge difference in the look and function of a truck. 285/70r17 size tires will fit with no lift. You can go up to 35" tires pretty easily with a lift, but if you want practical I would stay with 285's. The 285's will fit on your stock wheels (assuming they're 17") or you can get aftermarket wheels.

There's so much aftermarket support that the sky's the limit for Tacoma mods. Browse around on the forum for ideas. Most importantly use your truck for a while and let that help guide what improvements you want to make.

.Hello. And we're welcome to the world of mods. I recommend tall skinny tires
255/80/17 . They are a true thirty five
They are a true 33x9.5. When I started adding weight to my 24 Or the original suspension, it started bottoming out right away, i knew I had to fix this with a king suspension lift and new drop links along with rear 819. Dobson Springs.. Twan at R4T ( running for tacos )hook me up with all the suspension based off of my needs. Everyone's carrying different weight And that is why it's important to talk to someone that builds them before purchasing anything.
Here are a few pictures of my built so far. I call Her The ( Widow )
Missing bumper's, winches., skid plate, onboard compressor, backup battery system.
Full hi clarence overland bumpers are taking way too long to come out.
But hey, i'm retired, and this is my money pit.
