Hey everyone
We’ve been tinkering with different setups for our Tacomas lately — trying to find that sweet spot between a solid work rig and a capable weekend setup.
After months of testing different racks, one thing became obvious:
most racks make you choose between strength and flexibility.
That’s what led us to build (and now daily drive) this adjustable bed rack on our shop Tacoma.
TRUMGETA Adjustable Bed Rack for Tacoma & Gladiator
What Makes It Different
Instead of fixed steel bars, the side rails use T-slots — so you can mount almost anything:
One of our testers summed it up perfectly:
“It’s the first rack I didn’t have to remove between workdays and camping trips.”
Install & Real Use
It’s a no-drill setup, and takes about two hours with hand tools.
We’ve tested it with a rooftop tent and gear (~550 lbs off-road) — no rattle, no flex.
The aluminum build keeps weight down but handles serious loads.
A Tacoma owner who uses his truck for both work and camping told us:
“I’ve got ladders on weekdays and a tent on weekends — finally one rack that doesn’t make me compromise.”
Why It Feels Different
It’s not just another rack.
It’s the difference between rebuilding your setup every weekend
and having one system that adapts to whatever you’re doing.
The matte black coating still looks new after months of use — rain, dust, and UV didn’t do much damage.

I’d love to see how you all are building your rigs lately:
If you want, I can drop a few photos of our setup with the tent and side panels too.

Instead of fixed steel bars, the side rails use T-slots — so you can mount almost anything:
- MOLLE panels for recovery gear or tools
- Side tables or Rotopax mounts
- Work lights or tie-down hooks

I’d love to see how you all are building your rigs lately:
- Anyone here running rooftop tents on adjustable racks?
- How do you organize tools vs. camp gear on long trips?
- Anyone mounted MOLLE panels or lighting on side rails yet?
If you want, I can drop a few photos of our setup with the tent and side panels too.
