I'd be a little concerned about the stability of that cooking surface with all those extensions.

I would not completely have it out of mind but with so many products these days I still stick with stuff that's been proven for decades or generations.

For several years I was a guide and doing up to months a year of adventure, river running, back country and skiing. Everything I need fits into good old Rubbermaid Acton Packer boxes that have held up to more use than many do in a lifetime. Those boxes move from different vehicles to watercraft to inside and out. It makes it hard for me to rationalize more expensive stuff.

Still, I like looking at what is out there. I won't say I'd not upgrade. Something extremely versatile and portable like the box-based way I pack and travel would catch my attention.
