My Tacoma finally hit Rail any idea on lead time to get to the mid west

Any of you Indiana people want to share the dealer you went through, if they were good to work with and selling at MSRP? I'm in southern Indiana and I'm not finding anyone within 250 miles that seems interested in even taking an order at MSRP.
