Finally got my truck back and the rack on. Overall it went on easy. I had to pull the stickers that sealed off the holes in the roof. Prior to installing the rack I filled all the holes with some grey RTV. I made sure all the gaskets were sitting correctly and the rubber on the rail as well. I'm overall happy with it. I haven't noticed additional noise but I'll report back after the next road trip. We have a rain storm coming in this week so I will also report back about any leaks. Also I have to still modify my cargo box because the rail to rail distance is larger than a standard rack. 43 inches center to center; 45.5 inches end to end.

Update: I have a leak on the front driver-side. I’ll remove it clean up the area and threads and then try again with the sealant. I’ll admit I tightened down the screws a few hours later once I noticed the rack had shifted so I probably broke the gasket seal in the threads by doing so.
