When it comes to LED pods, optics are everything. That’s why ours are built around purpose-designed TIR optics, engineered for how you actually drive. Now, we’ve taken that same approach and reworked our SS3 Combo from the ground up. Instead of a split Driving and Flood lens, the new Combo/Driving uses a single, unified optic to deliver a smoother, more balanced beam pattern, with less harsh hotspot, better side-to-side coverage, and more usable light at real-world speeds.

The original SS3 Combo used a split-lens design, with separate zones for distance and width. With Combo/Driving, that split is gone. A single optic now controls the entire beam, blending output across the pattern instead of dividing it. The result is a more cohesive beam on the road or trail, without visible transitions or uneven sections.

Traditional split combo patterns can create a defined hotspot that shifts and bounces as you drive, especially over uneven terrain. That movement can be distracting and pull your focus away from the beam.

With a more even distribution across the pattern, the new Combo/Driving keeps light consistent from center to edge. Instead of a sharp hotspot jumping around, the beam stays smooth and balanced across both distance and width, making it easier to track what’s ahead and reducing eye fatigue at speed.
