Quality Assurance Hold - anyone else?

Anyone else’s vehicle on quality assurance hold? My RR was built on 3/8 and was put onto quality assurance hold on 3/16.

Mine went into production on 2/19 and remains there today…..I had heard a Qualtiy hold as well…..

Mines been “in production” since 2/6.
Not on quality hold, no ramp 59, just “pending update”

Mine was built on 3/8 and I already have it. Only thing that was wrong i could find wrong so far is the rear seat back doesn't latch.

Blend date of Jan 5th for me. In Production every since with no updates. 112 days and counting.

Yeah, I got the same thing on 3/16 from my blend date of 3/08. However, on Wednesday I got the call from my dealership that the truck was built and being shipped. Should have it between 5/5-5/11

I got the same thing on 3/14 with a blend date of 3/7. I hope mine will be on the way soon. Ford chat hasn't given me any more info then what the tracker shows.

Ford chat was a waste of time for me. All they said was they only know what the tracker shows and I should contact my dealership for more detailed information.

My experience is that the tracking information from the tracker and from Chat were very useful until the point where some kind of hold (will probably never know the details of what/why) was placed on the truck. After that, the information stopped being accurate or useful. In my case the blend date was 2/9 and a pull tag was generated a couple days later. Then there were no updates to status until 3/30 when the status changed to "built". Again, no accurate info was provided by Chat or the Ford Marketing. Each time checked I was provided with an ETA that had already passed and said they were awaiting an update. Then, out of nowhere, my dealer called and said the truck had just arrived. I checked the tracker and it was still at "built" status and never showed being shipped.

My conclusion, based on my experience and others here, is that the tracker system works as long as there are no interruptions to the progress through the process.
