Are these just pressed into the lift point holes? or do they snap in place?

You have to squeeze and compress them into the hole where they then snap in. I have been to the car wash about 10 times and no problem at all with them falling out. I would say they are quite secure. No tools needed, and not hard to remove for cleaning, but secure when in place.

Two things. One, I somehow lost one. Ordered a new set. Glad they are reasonably priced! Two, has anyone noticed the R is for the drivers side and L for the passenger side? Not a huge deal but at first I thought ok how did they label these. Love the product!
