I have a Scangauge 2 in my soon to be sold 2005 Tacoma, install was easy as the thing is pretty small. I am looking at the bigger and boxier Scangauge 3 for my incoming 2026 Trailhunter but I am not really seeing any plug and play A pillar mounts which is where I would want it in an ideal situation.
Banks makes the much more complex and expensive iDash Pro with an add on pillar mount that would certainly fit great but I really like the Scangauge approach in terms of simplicity.
I have poked around here a bit and don’t really see much in the way of where and how to mount a Scangauge 3, so maybe there is new info out there now?
