Sorry, I was not referring to Swiffer with the liquid.(Yeah, don't do that.) I misspoke. I'm referring to the duster only. Swiffer is also the brand. No liquids. Any soft duster works excellently. I keep it in my glove box and use it as needed. I'm not referring to the floor mop thing made by swiffer. My mistake!
i knew what Swiffer u meant ! , the duster model with yellowish fibers Not the floor mop lol
And i would guess that it is best to dab the lens & Not wipe
again great idea āœŒšŸ˜Ž

I was using swiffers and they worked good for almost a year but I still ended up with the scratches.

I am confused also, never has it been called a "multiinformational...." Oh well, moving on. I've owned over 79 different trucks, cars, and motorcycles (let's just say vehicles). Not once has the plastic or whatever you want to call it that covers the odometer, etc, ever been scratched. This doesn't add up. How's it getting scratched? Scratching it with rocks or using abrasive cleaners or rags? I'm just curious, honestly. The only thing I clean is the plastic that is covering that, is literally do with a Swiffer to get rid of dust. Or, if for some reason one of my kids decides to touch everything, I'll use a microfiber cloth. No, chemicals needed.
I used swiffers and microfiber`clothes for a year and still got scratches.

That swiffer duster will scratch the plastic on the instrument cluster too. I’ve kept one in my vehicles up until now. It’ll still work for the dusting of the dash and whatnot. The screenprotech kit helps a lot with the scratches. I lived with the scratches before, never knew what this kit did until I bought this truck and this forum mentioned the kit. I love it. It works for me. Like I said, I never had experience installing this kit but take your time and it looks great…easier to clean ( I use the microfiber towelette they supplied) and no more scratches to look at.

At least someone did their job. Speaking of which, have you noticed in your drivers side, whether driving or when you shut your doors on that side, it sounds like there is something loose behind the cab but near the gas tank? I don’t but im starting to hear a lot of owners mention it and I have a meeting with our service dept Monday about that and any other issues
After I installed my tonneau cover, I had a similar issue. Turned out for me it was the connection point between the tailgate and the support cord from the truck. The metal washer clasp would vibrate against the tailgate for some reason. Just put a small piece of electric tape to absorb the vibration, no more noise.
