Yep, it's an SR. Not a TRD Prerunner. The unpainted rear bumper is a dead giveaway, along with the lack of fog lights.
I'm very curious to know what the backstory is of this truck and this post. This seems to be an awfully weird mish mash of deceptive modifications and changes. If OP was lied to by the dealership about buying a TRD that's a legal issue not for this forum. If OP is lying to us, I just ask why (one thing that would also help clear stuff up is showing the grille)

The prerunner is the only TRD that comes with an xtrcab, but would not have been on steel wheels and the reason it was $3500 cheaper with the steel wheels is because it's an SR with the detuned engine. IIRK the detuned engine is not just "detuned" but some of the parts aren't necessarily as robust and might not be the best for supercharging.

this dealer ordered it TRD 2wd base salesman said he was going to build 2 for the show room,
If this is what you were told at the dealership and it had steel wheels and an unpainted bumper, you just got lied to because it's not the "TRD base", it is fully a base model SR Xtracab (detuned engine, different infotainment display and instrument cluster, unpainted bumper, no fog lights, etc).

I'm thinking it's one of three possibilities.
1) the dealership is trying to scam people into buying the SR Xtracab RWD by saying they're the same as the TRD prerunner because SR's aren't selling
2) the dealership really did want two display trucks and ordered the cheapest shell to modify to look pretty on the showroom floor
3) (not to be accusational) OP knowingly bought the SR Xtracab and is flexing it essentially as a prerunner for some unknown reason. The only reason I even included this was because it's weird to add the TRD off road stickers onto a truck that can't have been an TRD OR (because of the Xtracab)
