Toyota app issue Remote

My remote features disappeared on the app yet I still have almost a year left on the trial. I tried removing the app and reinstalling with no luck. I’m I doing something wrong?

I was able to fix it by canceling the remote connection service then reinstalling it. Had to get in the truck to access the app menu and scanned a QR code. Kind of a pain but it works now.
