I took it out on some trails this week finally (I hadn’t been out since December).. got dusty and was impressed by the capabilities. A little about my build- it’s a TRd off-road premium imitating a Trailhunter:
SDM, Rock rails, skid plates, trail exhaust, recovery hooks, grille, +20mm wheels and 285 AT3s.

I wasn’t trying anything so crazy since I was alone but was surprised by a few stumps and large rocks. I feel pretty good about the 5 foot bed because there were a lot of tight turns barely able to thread. The MTM cameras were a huge help while getting used to the truck. I definitely used the sidewalls a lot there were a lot of trees and stumps and ruts with no clearance. The rock rails got a good scuff mark but not enough to get through the coating. They saved some door dings certainly. I did end up with a gouge in front of the rear fender from a root or something. Through the paint and into the apparently fiberglass, I guess but the plastic worked as it should and flexed back to its original shape.

At this point I don’t think I want to do a suspension lift, I feel like having the downtravel is more important than clearance for these kind of trails. I have the armor for the few times I needed it and the tires are already upsized and don’t rub, and the TRD shocks are great already.

I compiled the DashCam footage and sped up 4x
