Yes, absolutely yes.

This rack was on our 2020. We slapped it on our new 2024 and the fit is perfect.

The bed is exactly the same as the 3rd gen.

Hi, I made an account just to ask you about this. I know it’s an old thread.
Did you need to do any modifications? I have a cbi bed rack from 3rd gen and trying to fit it on my 4th gen. And was wondering if there any cutting needed or attachments?
Could you please show me a picture of the bed rails mount?

I'll chime in on this to say that I transferred my CaliRaisedLED bedrack from my 2015 Tacoma to my new Trailhunter with zero issues. Didn't have to make any adjustments whatsoever.

Did you ever get your CBI rack installed on the 4th Gen? I’m looking to pick up a second hand CBI rack for my 4th gen and found a used 3rd gen rack. I know most 3rd gen racks will transfer over to a 4th gen without issues but the CBI rack height rack has two separate part numbers for the 3rd and 4th gen so wasn’t sure if there is something about these racks that are different.
