This sounds like what I am experiencing. Please report back if you learn anything from the dealer. Mine won't be going in for a while unfortunately.

Any updates by any chance? I removed the rear of my seat cover and could not figure out what is causing the issue for me.

Sounds like a new seat could be kicking the can down the road unless they redesign some of the parts unfortunately. I would reach out to Toyota corporate and let them know you are unhappy with how it has been fixed. They are usually responsive.

I have both the heated and cooled seats as well. Took a month or two to start happening.

When I am experiencing the rattle and press on the dash in the top left the rattle goes away, which leads me to believe it is localized to the dash. Will take a look at this regardless. Thanks.

I am having the same issue so looks like I need to give this a try.

Unfortunately for my issue I can feel something hitting me in the middle of my back within the seat so I doubt it is my headrest but will double check it.

I have this issue. My seat back also pops/clicks when I brake or turn as if something is moving around in the seat. It is incredibly annoying.

I have this rattle right now. Going to pop off that top left dash piece and see if I can get to the bottom of it soon.

Mine ended up coming back and is seemingly getting worse with miles/time. Anyone else find a fix yet? Don't really want to pull the screen out but getting to that point.

Dropped the truck off this morning and they just called me stating that they believe this is a normal noise for this truck. They claimed the master tech drove another 2025 on the lot and it made the same noise under the same conditions. Not sure if that jives much with me, will probably reach...

I am finally taking mine into the dealer next week for this. Will update when I learn more.

I found what is causing it and slid a piece of paper between the two parts and it is helping so far. Going to the dealer next week for a rear end whine so may have them look at it then. Thanks all.
