  1. Tacoma + Kids?

I'm 5'7 and my wife is 5'3. I have three kids in forward facing carseats, 4 years, and twins 2 years old. I had the truck configured for rear facing for the twins for a year and my toddler forward facing and it was fine. The rear facing seats were placed behind my wife and center seat. If...
  2. 60k and no FLOOR MATS???

The dumdums at the dealership installed the all-weather floor mats on top of the cloth floor maps and sent me on my way. I was like, 'wth is wrong with the floor mat being so lopsided?'. I should have sued the dealership for improper floormat installation.
  3. COBB Accessport. Any concerns ?

Cobb Accessport has been great. If you like to tune your truck, it's a great tool to have to do it yourself and change tunes whenever you feel like it at your own leisure. No waiting on a local tuner to be free to help you.
  4. 4th Gen with Dual Exhaust: Flowmaster Super 44 + Dual Polished Tips

I had a 1991 MR2 Turbo. It sounded good on that especially given the rather short exhaust pipe.
  5. 4th Gen with Dual Exhaust: Flowmaster Super 44 + Dual Polished Tips

I would have gone with a huge Apexi N1 universal muffler angled up behind the back bumper lol.
  6. Tacoma Oil Catch Can (SXTH Element)

Robmotive doesn't believe in Tunes because he thinks it will void the warranty. He regularly talks bad about tunes in general when in fact his dumb throttle controller acts like one. I simply told him any modifcation, if directly responsible for a failure or crash can void your warranty...
  7. Tacoma Oil Catch Can (SXTH Element)

I had an argument with him about his Pedal Monster being a "TUNE" on the throttle and he didn't respond very well. That guy has a bunch of loose bolts in his head lol.
  8. CAMTuning with the COBB Accessport...Just do it

Added a datalog of a 1/4 mile with OBDlink to record the run for the fast and the furious crowd lol
  9. 25 Tacoma Hybrid(iFORCEMAX) Vibration at low speeds.

Not yet. It's been a year and it hasn't really changed so I have not bothered to do so. Plus I've been seeing other owners report the same thing. Until something breaks, I won't have a reason to have toyota check it and tell me it's normal.
  10. 25 Tacoma Hybrid(iFORCEMAX) Vibration at low speeds.

I am on stock size tires. Regular SL passenger tires. It happened when new on the cheap general grabbers that came with the truck so I don't believe its because your tires. It doesn't help for sure though lol but im sure its also the transmission.
  11. 25 Tacoma Hybrid(iFORCEMAX) Vibration at low speeds.

It happens mostly after the transition from hybrid to gas mode. Only in eco or normal modes. Can occur in gas mode only as well. The transmission seems to skip 2nd gear and slams into 3rd gear. It doesn't help that the gearing is short for 2nd gear but really tall for 3rd so its even more...
  12. 25 Tacoma Hybrid(iFORCEMAX) Vibration at low speeds.

I have the same symptom as you and from what i've discovered I believe it's because the transmission fluid has settled at the bottom of the transmission oil pan after sitting for a while. As you start driving, it starts to circulate throughout the transmission, lubricating the gears and parts...
  13. CAMTuning with the COBB Accessport...Just do it

Added a 35mph-90mph run to demonstrate passing power.
  14. CAMTuning with the COBB Accessport...Just do it

I hope my review helps others make a decision if they plan to tune their truck but are on the fence about taking the leap. CAMtuning has answered every question I had concerns with to the best of his ability. This isnt my first rodeo when it comes to having my trucks tuned. I've had several...
