I believe it is 77351-AK030 for the 5’ bed and 77351-AK040 for the 6’ bed. These should be the flat ones without the finger bump out. The best way to double check is to find a hybrid Tacoma with 5’ bed on the dealer lot, note the VIN and have the parts person check the part number for the fuel...

A quick postscript… I recommend disconnecting the negative lead from the battery before touching any electrics on the truck. Better safe than sorry.

Your setup looks super neat! Is the mounting for the Apex reel their universal vertical mount painted black? And are you feeding air to the reel directly through the side of the bed as there is no visible hose - very trick.

A quick update. I have bought a few parts in the recent sale, learned a lot about the published parts lists :oops: but now have most of what is needed to add an electric locking fuel door. A few more items to clear up, but a full write up coming soon.

I use an Apex Designs precision tire inflator (PTI) which has a few key features I like, (1) an accurate pressure gauge, (2) a push on chuck that holds the vale stem securely and then can be pulled off with one hand, and (3) an open/close slider control so that pressure can be added or removed...

This is exactly why I wanted to avoid mounting in the engine bay. ARB make solid products, but it gets pretty hot under the hood on a 4th gen, with the high efficiency engine, so finding an alternative mounting location seemed to make sense.

You have an amazing setup overall, nice job on mounting the Thor, very neat cuts etc. I’d recommend the ARB hose connector as you can simply push a hose onto it and it locks on. I’ve found that with other connectors you have to use two hands, one required for pulling back the outside locking...

Not yet. I have been researching the relevant cabin switch and the aux switch thread provides info on this. However, I have not yet found information about the fuel door actuator. Maybe someone here has some info?
