    My 2024 TH with build date 10/24, doesn't have an alternator. The alternator is just an added load on the engine. If the vehicle is functioning, why loose sleep over not having an alternator?

    There's one on the frame, behind the left rear wheel area.

    The connectors are really poor quality. You should be able to push it back in. If the wire came out, you'll have to recrimp it.

    My TrailHunter has a K+N style filter. Unfortunately, no pleated filter available.

    Transfer case has to be turning, for the 4x4 to engage.

  19. Problem with power tailgate

    Check the electrical connections going to the tailgate. Maybe not fully seated. The alarm going off, indicates that the tailgate is not latching.
