No. Put the truck in Sport Mode if you want more performance. Put the truck in Eco Mode if you want more empeegees. Both of those do MUCH better than installing a widget that literally only simulates your foot pushing the accelerator pedal harder or softer.

The difference in wheel poke may have little to do with the bed alignment, and could be mostly due to the rear suspension having a panhard bar. Is your truck's rear suspension lifted at all?
