owners of old tacomas are so desperate for the 4th gen to be bad. Anyone with half a brain and not experiencing the endowment effect sees the truck for what it is: the best all around mid size on the market.
does that even screw into anything or just sit there? doesn't seem like that would be stable. sometimes going for the cheapest option you can find will bite you down the road.
Yeah offroad hybrid premium with stb disconnect will be like 59k.
When you math it out, the trailhunter isn't THAT much worse for what you can get if you can find it at msrp.
isnt it exactly the same as the tundra?
anyways, if you are thinking about the aftermarket AJT shifter; skip it. it doesn't quite fit right and prevents you from shifting back into park.
Weird to focus on the payment instead of total cost. Real easy for a sales manager to just write up a 80 month loan to get you under your monthly -- but your total cost is going to be insane.
Decide what you can afford to pay, then look for vehicles that have the features you want for that...
look at the amount of people that reported transmission problems when everyone was still taking delivery of in range vehicles and the amount of people that complain about top hat failures. completely different volume. sucks that it happened to you, but again, N=1 doe not mean the model is bad...
thats a bit closer to what I was expecting! Honestly its probably my area, willing to drive a few hours to save a couple grand so guess ill go out further for quotes.
Those of you getting partial, are you worried about the doors?
First quote for full coverage was like 9 grand and jesus christ i could get the whole truck repainted for less than that.
I want good protection from trees bushes and branches but god damn a full package is _insane_.
It's just not really worth browsing tacomaworld. Mods are worse than some of the members because they encourage the trolls by selective rule enforcement.
