I was just warming up my truck, backed out of my driveway, put it in gear, and as I took off, I felt big āSlamā. I thought the back seat was open and dropped closed. Truck drove completely normally. Back seat could have been in the up position and slammed closed as I moved forward, but wanted to...
Since āmultiquoteā doesnāt want to work: replying to: By valuing it at 3 bones means you essentially hate it too.
So hereās the thing. Itās basically a cosmetic flourish. Itās not actually useful, so how can anyone value it higher? If I have one and then decide I want a bed cover, shell, or...
Just noticing that everyone with a TH removes it when they get home and immediately posts it for sale. I realize itās not totally functional, but I donāt think itās bad as a cosmetic flourish. Iād pay @300 for one, but not more.
Thoughts? Why did you dump yours?
On one hand, we customers want Toyota to keep us from inconvience and harm. On the other, until it fails, we havenāt been inconvenienced or harmed so Toyota isnāt under any obligation to do anything. More of a catch 22 than Toyota treating us poorly.
The Tundra went about 2 years from launch...
I like these ideas, but doubt they will happen and dont want them to happen because:
1: Too much sophistication and they are going to scavenge sales from the Tundra.
2. More electronics will only make the Taco less reliable and more expensive.
Great list to start your search for a heavily discounted Tacoma purchase. My daughter wants to buy my new taco, so I may just seek out one of these āundesirableā unitsā¦.Solar or Bronze, 14ā trd OR with upgrade package would be the target.
I can appreciate wanting that. It used to be so easy and now itās buried behind digital menus. I was looking for a reset the other day and gave up. Iāll be waiting until my next fill up to start over. Itās not the end of the world, since itās a truck, I donāt exactly have high expectations.
My daughter just came to me and needs a truck, and wants my taco, so sheās buying mine and Iāll be buying another one down the road. Sheās basically reimbursing me for It.
KBB always lags the market anyway. Theyāre not a good place to get a good value. They also donāt assess all your expensive options as worth much, so that almost 5k āupgradeā package doesnāt move the value needle much on their end.
I have to agree. The truck gets to ticket speeds quicker than I expect. I often find myself over and have to lift if Iām not watching my acceleration. Also, I easily get 22 average with 75/25 town/hwy driving. No complaints. Also agree, ignore the gas gauge when it bottoms out and do the math...
The gall of this yahoo to come here and hock his marked up price. LOL, what a clown. Trailhunter/Pro not worth 66k in any market. Greedy Stealers. Only a moron would pay your asking price.
