I think i heard Toyota issues a tsb on this to check the torque converter as it may be the cause. It looks like they are investigating and it may well be a bad batch of parts and not affecting everyone. Still sucks when you are the one affected though.

I bought the 10/125 today from Jerry at Midwest for 1795.00. I expect to keep this a long time and would rather have the over 100k miles coverage even if it costs a little more.

That sucks to hear. my 3/24 build taco shifts smoothly so far. Ford 10 speed transmissions in the f150 are programmed to skip gears when possible to get to 10th gear as fast as possible to make the epa happy. I wonder if yota has something similar going on. I got rid of an f150 because this...
