I have the RC cab panel and it does not require drilling. I don't think any of the cab panels require drilling. It's only the side panels that you need to drill for a secure mount.

I had the same issue. My door sticker says somewhere around 30psi (can't remember the exact number right now) but the instrument cluster was set at 35psi. It caused a low pressure warning in cold weather. I changed the instrument cluster to 30psi and no warnings since.
