The "Towing Tech Package" will include the full camera system for $850 as long as you have optioned in the Premium package.
When I bought my TRD Sport premium, the trailer camera package was an option that was $1550. Looks like it is still showing as an available option for $1550 on the lower...
Same happened to me. Tried to add prior to build. Dealer added to allocation 6 weeks before build and it was dropped off. They tried a few times and it was always dropped off as well as my bed liner. Dealer told me not to worry as it can be dealt with later. I got the bed mat, but the camera is...
I hear you! Just in Time manufacturing is something Toyota perfected. Every part and minute is planned which is why you cannot simply order a new vehicle.
My lights were installed at Port of New Jersey, not at factory. So these are out there in other locations besides Mexico.
The hydrocarbon trap is the device between the turbo and the intake tube. Stillen ran tests leaving the trap installed and then using a one piece smooth bore tube from the airbox to the turbo and found no significant differences. Watch the video on their site and it talks about the testing that...
I have been looking to get one as well. Install looks pretty simple. Couple of screws and a few push pins and hose clamps. All of it is easy access right on top. The Stillen intake does not require removal of the hydrocarbon trap which makes the install easier.
Ordered mine with factory tri-fold cover and wanted the Yakima rack added which was part of the deal. A couple of months later when the truck got close to delivery, it was found out that the Yakima is no longer supported to fit with the trifold. Dealer could not get the tri-fold removed from the...
Well on non lined roads it will jerk the wheel out of my hand. Truck does not like when I am near the shoulder and will pull truck towards center of road. It will do this even with oncoming traffic. Not sure what specifically is triggering it. Maybe trees a few feet off the side of the road...
Haha, last sentence in the first paragraph "LTA requires driver to grip the steering wheel". No shit! First time the truck yanks the wheel is a shocker.
Yeah, there are times it feels like it will rip the wheel out of my hands. The truck really get nervous on back roads with no lanes and turned my towards the center of the road with oncoming traffic.
Works good on interstate highways where roads are fairly straight, there are lines and no side...
I still can't believe they do not have your parts yet!
I added these on PIO. Love them specially in the dark winter months. Had quite a few people ask me about them in parking lots when I get in and out of the truck.
I was going to try using the Elevate T-slot rail system and making some mounting brackets to work with my factory tri-fold. I chickened out and decided to go with a Retrax with the rails built in. The T-slots are nice so you can easily remove the rack if you do not need it.
One thing to note is...
I did received a response from Master Yota earlier this week, but he did not confirm price and availability. Sounds like he is a little busy right now.
